Oxidation treatment is a relatively important step in the production of aluminum ingots. This can improve the aesthetics of aluminum ingots while improving the performance and process effects. However, the aluminum ingot manufacturers remind everyone that after the oxidation treatment of aluminum ingots, there are some details that need to be paid attention to, mainly including the following 4 aspects:
1. Hot water washing: The purpose of hot water washing is to aging the film layer, but the water temperature and time must be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film layer is thinned and the color becomes pale. Similar problems will occur if the processing time is too long. The suitable temperature and time are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃, time 0.5 ~ 1MIN.
2. Drying: It is better to dry naturally. The workpieces filled with hot water will be hung on the shelf obliquely, and the free water on the working surface will flow downwards in a straight direction. The water droplets flowing to the lower corners are sucked off with a towel, and the color of the film layer dried in this way is not affected and looks natural.
